Essays on Chivalry and Honour
Whether it be clarification of an official policy, a thought provoking treatise to genrate discussion or simply for some inspirational reading, a library of works by our Knights and Companions is available here.
Discussions within the Order
The majority of discussions happen on the KOJ message board. Other methods of spreading the word are now available.
When posting in the Message Boards, it is important to remember that this is an international organisation. Therefore, all dates should be in international format (YYYY-MM-DD) and, where appropriate, Universal Coordinated Time (was GMT) should be used in preference to local time.
Discussions for cell-specific matters may take place either on the boards, by private e-mail or on our IRC server. If you would like more details on using the IRC server, please conact a member of the IT Services cell, or one of the Knights, who will be glad to assist you.
Heraldry
All Knights are entitled to have a set of arms displayed on the membership roster. (Note: In some countries, it is not permitted for a person to display a coat of arms unless it was conferred by that country's statutory authority.) All arms used in the Order must follow a proper blazoning technique. For further information regarding heraldry and blazoning, visit the Beginner's Guide to Heraldry, as compiled by our Knight Scriviner, Sir Timber Bram.
